ReBOUND Returns

We help retailers achieve smarter, more sustainable returns whilst enhancing the customer experience

ReBOUND Returns are revolutionising the way the world returns. Through a combination of our global logistics network and smart returns technology, we’re enabling online retailers to offer their customers a smarter, more sustainable returns experience. We manage the returns for the likes of ASOS, Gymshark and River Island to name a few, and sustainability is at the heart of every decision we make. ReBOUND’s sustainability journey really began 3 years ago, with the hiring of our Head of Sustainability. Since then, we have plotted the carbon emissions for our global network each year, offset our individual office emissions and have started to implement offsetting schemes for our retailers.

"Retailers are falling under increasing pressure to understand and report on their operational impact - but they often forget to factor in returns, which can be hugely carbon intensive. ReBOUND has been on a journey in the last 3 years to understand the carbon emissions associated with every parcel which travels through our network. In that time, we have reduced the amount of carbon released per parcel in three quarters of our managed lanes through initiatives such as smarter routing and donating returns in country. Understanding and offsetting returns means that retailers can become truly net zero, so this is where the 1 million tree pledge comes in. We already have planted over 10,000 trees in our ReBOUND forest by offsetting our office travel, but if we have any hope in reaching a million trees, we must continue to educate our clients about how returns must not be forgotten. Fast fashion might not be going anywhere anytime soon, but with major brands now having dedicated sustainability teams in their organization, I am confident that we can work together to grow our forest to a whopping 1 million trees!”

Seriously considering it?

Imagine how it would feel to have planted 1 million trees, being part of this number, knowing you’re going way beyond your carbon footprint to help reverse climate change.
